We all like to put a face to a name and here at mfldirect we're no different! As you sign up to mfldirect, you'll be guided by two teams - the Sign-Up team and the New Business team.

Sign-Up & New Business Team

The Sign-Up team will process your application and set you up on mfldirect.co.uk. If you need any help or if there is anything you're unsure of, please get in touch so we can help.

We're open 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday and you can either call us on 0870 6000 288 option 2 or email us at newsignup@motabilityoperations.co.uk.

Once you’re up and running you’ll get a call from the New Business team. They will make sure you know everything you need to know about mfldirect and hold your hand through your first few purchases.
